Introduction

I joined the Norwegian Model Engineer Association to get help with practical engineering as a retirement activity. Another club member invited me to build a model of the NSB (Norwegian State Railway) Type 23 steam locomotive in 1/8 scale for a 7 1/4" gauge miniature railway together with him. Some drawings and other material arising from this on-going project are presented here. Dimensions in the drawings are in millimetres.
